OYO Founder Sets up an Investment Firm in Singapore as Aroa Ventures to Invest in Early Stage Startups. Ritesh Controls 100% Stake in Aroa Ventures that is Sponsored by RACO Holding Company. Singapore-based Aroa Ventures plans to invest between $500,000 and $5 million. Ritesh is looking at startups that have Proven Unit Economics, 20% Year-on-Year (YOY) Growth Rate, & $1 Mn-$10 Mn in Annual Revenue. Ritesh has Roped in Gaurav Gulati, the Ex COO at Co-working Company Innov8 to Head the Venture.
